How to cook low-calorie pumpkin soup?

Essential Ingredients:

2 apples
450 g of your favorite vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, carrots)
1 kg of pumpkin
1 onion, medium size
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt, pepper, spices to taste

Cooking:

Peel apples, remove seeds and cut into slices. The same thing needs to be done with a pumpkin.

Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large pot and fry the onions in it. Add apples, pumpkin and any other vegetables. Pour in two glasses of water.
