The famous TV presenter Julia Vysotskaya told how to make a budget vitamin mask for the face at home. According to the star, such a spa procedure can be performed anywhere, and the effect of it is amazing. Joinfo.ua suggests to learn how to prepare a mask according to the recipe of Julia.
To make a wonderful mask you will need: 25 ml finely ground oatmeal, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar 3-5%, 2 tbsp. natural apple juice and 5 tbsp. water.
Chop the oatmeal into flour. In a bowl, mix a quarter of the oatmeal with apple cider vinegar, juice and water. Carefully move all ingredients. If the mask is thick, dilute it with a small amount of water.
Apply the mixture on the face with a thin layer and wait until it is completely dry. Then wash off the mask with warm water and be sure to moisturize the face with an appropriate cream.
The benefits of oatmeal mask
Oatmeal is useful not only for breakfast. They contain a large amount of vitamins and minerals, including: zinc, iron, manganese, magnesium, vitamins E and B.
What effect should be expected after applying oatmeal mask? First of all, the condition of your skin will significantly improve, the inflammatory processes will decrease, the pores will be deeply cleansed, the number of wrinkles will be reduced. And moisturizing and elasticity – for dessert.
Remember that before applying any mask you should wash your face and clean it well. For an even better effect, cosmetologists advise you to steam it out by applying a tissue napkin soaked in a warm decoction of herbs.
